Currently, at Rockstar’s official page for Red Dead Redemption 2, there are a few species listed with images. These images (see below) look like illustrations from a book, possibly in game or in a guide. In close inspection you can see the images have page numbers. At or around 200 species, there are also 19 types of horse breeds, with 59 different coat designs. Many are hoping there are legendary horses in Red Dead Redemption 2 that will be allowed to be caught and tamed.
