So what are the 3099 variant cards? The Marvel Snap card variants for 3099 are a pretty cool looking futuristic set with an interesting theme. These variant cards are not based off the comics, but another Marvel game, Future Fight. It makes since that a card theme named after the year 3099 would be based of another game with the word future in it. It is also a reference to the popular future series in Marvel Comics called 2099. There are many Marvel 2099 characters we’d love to see as new cards or variants, like Spider-Man 2099, Daredevil, or all the new X-Men from the series.
