This quest is given by the NPC Woodsman. It requires bringing the Woodsman 1 forest fibre.

HOW TO COMPLETE QUEST
Although the Woodsman asks you to bring him a forest log by getting a high score of 150 on the Choppin minigame, this quest’s name should give it away. Check the codex and you’ll see you just need to collect 1 Forest Fibre, which can be collected in Tucked Away. Once you do this, come back and collect your reward. This quest gives the Woodman Token, needed for crafting the Blunderhills NPC Completion token.
