Betty White Dies (RIP Tribute with Memes)

The world is in shock today to hear the news that Betty White (age 99) has died today on New Year’s Eve 2021. Only days before her Birthday on January 17th, which would made her 100! This news comes days later after another legend and huge pop culture icon John Madden had passed. What a way to end the year.

Betty White made a career as an actress spanning over nine decades! Starting off as a radio actress and personality, then being known as the First Lady of Gameshows, and mostly known for her own show The Betty White Show and her hilarious and loving role as Rose on Golden Girls in later years. Betty White even served as a member of the American Women’s Voluntary Services during World War II.

John Madden was a legend in the field and a household name for the sport, and one if not the most famous NFL commentators. His life spanned from April 10, 1936 – December 28, 2021, living for 85 years until his death.

Heisman Trophy 2021

Alabama Quarterback Bryce Young won the 2021 Heisman Award on Saturday December 12. This makes the second year an Alabama player has won the award, as the team’s wide receiver DeVonta Smith won in 2020. Bryce Young was a crowd favorite to win with 314-of-462 passing (67.9 percent); 4,322 yards; 43 touchdowns to four interceptions; 31 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns. But wait, there’s more. Along with the Heisman Trophy, Young also took home the Maxwell Award (best player) and Davey O’Brien Award (best QB). Congratulations to an outstandingly talented athlete!

Jeff Bezos has announced he is stepping down as CEO for Amazon, and we believe it is for him to focus on his dream role of Professor X in the MCU.

Now that Disney owns the rights to Marvel and Fox, it is only a matter of time until a new X-Men movie is made. And the bald headed wheelchair bound Professor X will surely be in it. Bezos, disappointed Amazon did not get the rights from Fox first, knows there is still a chance to land the role as a regular actor. However, running one of the biggest companies in the world and lobbying to be casted for a role is just too time consuming.

Wandavision: Scarlet Witch and The Infinity Stones

There is no denying Wanda Maximoff has a strong connection to the infinity stones. This is especially true with the reality stone and mind stone. Although she is more connection to these two particular stones, she seems to also use powers from each stone at some point in the MCU movies and in WandaVision. But, one of the most interesting thing about Wanda and the infinity stones is her ability to destroy them, and possibly find and recreate them, which we will discuss at the end of this article.

Kentucky driver caught with drawn on fake license plate on car

A man in Kentucky was caught driving a vehicle with a fake tag. Not expired, not wrong vehicle, but this tag was completely hand drawn. However, he didn’t seem to put the tag year on it. This deserves definitely an A for effort, but bad execution.

X-Men Animated Series Update: Cyclops Voice Actor Passes; Disney+ may pick up series

For a while many have been following reports of a possible follow up seasons to the most loved cartoon version of the X-Men, the 90’s animated series. Reports suggest the original cast and crew are in talks with Disney to resume the series on Disney+. Sadly, news also broke that one of the main cast members Norm Spencer, who was the voice actor for Cyclops, passed as of August 31st.
