This quest is given by the NPC Obol Altar, found in both Encroaching Forest Villas in World One and in YumYum Grotto, the town of World Two. It requires scaring the kitty of the altar.

QUEST: Find something to scare the cat off the Obol Altar
HOW TO COMPLETE QUEST
This quest requires defeating the World One Boss, Amarok first. Once you have done that and can enter World Two, go to the shop in YumYum Grotto and buy yourself a BobJoePickle, costing a hefty 7 gold coins and change. Then, drop the BobJoePickle at either altar, scaring away the cat. Now you are able to access the Obol Altar, opening the world of Obols.
