This quest is given by the NPC Constructor Crow, found in YumYum Grotto in World Two. It is the portal quest which opens up the portal to World Three.

HOW TO COMPLETE QUEST
This quest requires defeating the World Two Boss, Efaunt first. Defeating Efaunt allow him to drop the gem Glacier Quartz to give to the bird, opening the portal. Once you have done that and can enter World Three.
