Wandavision: Scarlet Witch and The Infinity Stones

There is no denying Wanda Maximoff has a strong connection to the infinity stones. This is especially true with the reality stone and mind stone. Although she is more connection to these two particular stones, she seems to also use powers from each stone at some point in the MCU movies and in WandaVision. But, one of the most interesting thing about Wanda and the infinity stones is her ability to destroy them, and possibly find and recreate them, which we will discuss at the end of this article.

Why Did The Infinity Gauntlet Break: Infinity War

With Disney’s Marvel’s Avengers’ Infinity War wrapping up in theater and coming out on DVD, I think its time we started talking more about the mysterious and big questions the movie left us. Before Avengers 4 comes out, there are much debates on what happened. We especially wonder why the infinity gauntlet cracked or melted, and what happened to the infinity stones. There are a few theories going around, and as usual, I have my own theory. seem more here “Why Did The Infinity Gauntlet Break: Infinity War”

Well it has been awhile since I first made a post about the Infinity Stones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). So now that we are towards the end of Marvel’s phase 2 of movies, and Age of Ultron is now out, let’s take a look at how close we are to seeing all the stones and the Infinity Gauntlet.

Although these stones are called gems, or infinity gems in the comic books, for some reason they are referred to as stones in the movie, so if I say gem a few times I apologize, old habit.

I already see a pattern, two stones each phase, equaling the six total stones Thanos needs to be omnipresent and all powerful. But what we didn’t realize until later in phase two, is another stone was in front of us the whole time!

Infinity Stones - Space Gem MCUPhase One: Space Stone
This is the first stone we really see. It is in Captain America and is part of the whole plot with Loki in Avengers. It has the power to open portals, and possible teleport its user. With the other stones it may cause omnipresence. seem more here “INFINITY STONES IN THE (MCU) MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE: Part 2”

INFINITY STONES IN THE (MCU) MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE: Part 2

The Infinity Stones are powerful objects, each giving unique powers of the galaxy, possibly the universe.  There are said to be six. In the comics the six stones are called gem and are called the mind, soul, power, space, time, and reality gem.

The Infinity Stones have already started appearing in many Marvel movies, but mainly we have seen one, the Space Stone, also known as The Tesseract. It appears in Captain America: The First Avenger and The Avengers. The second stone, the Power Stone, is actually the only one said not to be a stone, but more of a liquid. The Power Stone appears in Thor: The Dark World. The third stone, currently unknown, is said to appear in Guardians Of The Galaxy.
