The X-Men are a team of superheroes from Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, they are mutants with extraordinary abilities who fight to protect a world that fears and discriminates against them. Led by Professor Charles Xavier, the X-Men have become iconic characters, representing diverse powers and backgrounds. Their stories have tackled social issues and inspired adaptations in various media. They have already had many movies done in the past, but soon will be joining the MCU in the next few phases. Here is a list of some more known X-Men.
Jeff Bezos has announced he is stepping down as CEO for Amazon, and we believe it is for him to focus on his dream role of Professor X in the MCU.
Now that Disney owns the rights to Marvel and Fox, it is only a matter of time until a new X-Men movie is made. And the bald headed wheelchair bound Professor X will surely be in it. Bezos, disappointed Amazon did not get the rights from Fox first, knows there is still a chance to land the role as a regular actor. However, running one of the biggest companies in the world and lobbying to be casted for a role is just too time consuming.
For a while many have been following reports of a possible follow up seasons to the most loved cartoon version of the X-Men, the 90’s animated series. Reports suggest the original cast and crew are in talks with Disney to resume the series on Disney+. Sadly, news also broke that one of the main cast members Norm Spencer, who was the voice actor for Cyclops, passed as of August 31st.
Now that Disney is closer than ever to getting the rights back to X-Men and the Fantastic Four back from Fox, it seems its only a matter of time until the X-Men along with all their villains and allies joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But after over ten years of movies, how could Marvel introduce their beloved mutants into the MCU? Here are some of our favorite and original ideas on how it might be done. “How Will The X-Men Enter The MCU?”
Over the years Marvel super heroes have become more related. Heroes may be connected by being a mutant, alien descendants, or related to other marvels. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby had a habit of connecting their comic universes, just like the MCU is now. So, with a few clues and hints, I have a theory that The Hulk could also be a mutant. This review is for fun and games. I try not to take my comics and movies too serious, but love talking about it. – Cookston Igou
X-Men Apocalypse is set to release May 27th, 2016. And so far it is not looking to great. This is coming from someone who grew up loving X-Men comics and cartoons. Hey I even tried to like the previous movies, but besides X-Men First Class, I haven’t been impressed to say the least.
So what is everything wrong so far with this new X-Men movie? This time, we don’t even have to wait for it to come out to find errors. The first error with Apocalypse doesn’t even start with this movie! It is the credit scene at the end of X-Men: Days of Future Past. It is suppose to be a young Apocalypse with four horsemen behind him. And all I can think while he builds pyramids with modern Egypt in background is when the hell is this suppose to take place!
You can clearly see modern Egypt in the background of this screenshot image. Then he is young, and in the comics Apocalypse is ancient, and lived in Ancient Egypt. But then we see the horsemen. The four horsemen of Apocalypse is part of his story, but there are problems here too. Ancient Egypt is said to have smaller horses than modern times, and mostly only used them for chariots. Oh and the horsemen don’t come into play until he creates them as full on adult villain Apocalypse. “X-Men Apocalypse Movie: Early Review and Pictures”
A couple of cross over commercial featuring X-Men from X-Men: Days of Future Past eating hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. food products is making its way around the web.
The first two commercials released features Quicksilver and Mystique, eating burgers and biscuit. This is one I would like to know the general comic book fan’s view on. “X-Men’s Quicksilver in Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr Commercial”
